My research interest is microbiology for pollutant degradation. My research team screens efficient degradation strains from different environment such as soil, and analyzes the basic mechanism of compounds degradation. In order to degrade refractory compounds, we clone the structure gene of oxidase system from strains with the ability of degradation and then construct engineering strains. Furthermore, we will study the application of engineering strain.
