Research Interest:

Prof. Yaguang Zhan’s laboratory research direction is plant biological technology and genetic improve. Presided over and completed the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Research Foundation from Ministry of Education of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province and other 16 key projects. Acquired the Second-Class Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award twice, provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award six times, China Forestry Society Liang Xi Forestry Science and Technology Award once. Representative study including cultivation of insect-resistant transgenic birch, molecular mechanism of triterpene signal regulation and biosynthesis inBetula platyphyllaSuk., molecular mechanism of heterosis formation inFraxinus mandshurica.
