Research Interest:

The metabolic regulation and molecular mechanism of anti-tumor active components terpenoids and phenols were studied in forest and medicinal plants. The main contents include the mining and identification of key functional genes of triterpenoids and phenolic synthesis pathways. The efficient synthesis and regulation of terpenoids in plant tissues and cells, including environmental factors, nutrients and signaling molecules, were studied. Transcriptome and metabolomics techniques were used to analyze the regulatory network of triterpenoid metabolism, and on this basis, synthetic biology techniques were used to synthesize anti-tumor active components efficiently in yeast, filamentous fungi and model plants. The endophytic fungi from resistant plants were isolated and identified, and the biological functions of endophytic fungi were explored, screened and utilized.
